One of my passions in life is fitness.  I love working out and sweating like a pig!  I miss playing sports and am looking forward to training for a triathlon after this pregnancy.  In addition to working out myself, I love helping other people pursue healthy lifestyles, whether spiritual or physical.  I love encouraging others to pursue goals and dreams.  I believe a healthy lifestyle includes both physical and spiritual health.

One way I am fulfilling this love, is becoming a personal trainer.  I am currently studying for my certification test!  Yay!  As a trainer, I can walk side-by-side with others, encouraging them, challenging them and supporting them along their life journey.  {AND} because of this love of fitness, I am considering adding a fitness portion to my blog. With that in mind, I would love some help from you!
